Are you watching?! He’s going! // WMG #1
The blue roan gelding with the short mane and poofy tail snorted and squealed as the liver chestnut gelding galloped behind him, and he kicked his two back feet in the air behind him in excitement. It was always fun when the herd moved places - a new bunch of people, a new crowd, a new view and most importantly, a new stretch of land to sprint across as though the world didn't matter to them anymore. It was riveting, and it was always perfect for the pair of them.
Dubbed as 'Watch Me Go' for nothing but his speed and agility, this gelding is a fan-favourite for many things - for one, his temperament is slightly hotter than most Teddies, and though maintaining the breed's standard of being friendly as anything, Watch Me Go enjoys to make a scene and has the best time when one of the other ponies come to play. He's clever, noted for his wonderful ability to pick up tricks from complete strangers, and many have noticed how he has a lot of potential as a trick-pony, whether that's for kids' parties or as a showcase, he could do either. He seems to get slightly antsy about having so many people around him, so a home with a limited amount of people handling him seems to be good, but he loves the rest of his herd, so he would definitely need to stick around with some of them in his new home. Somewhere he can be trained to run and enjoy himself would be perfect.
Ciqala, mounted on his tall steed and watching the two geldings playing together, was having a difficult time deciding which pony he would attempt to bring home for a project he was trying to start up. It wasn't often when the semi-feral Teddy Cobs blessed his camp's lands with their little hooves, but he and his companion Nakoma had been out foraging when they caught sight of the growing crowds. It was naturally uncomfortable when the crowds gathered so close to their home, but as two bigger-than-average ponies came shooting past them, it was clear what was going on, and it was perfect.
'Koma?' Ciqala called over, nudging his gelding on to catch up to the other man. 'What're we thinking? Try for them two?'
The other man whistled and nodded briefly in acknowledgement, studying them for a moment before tilting his head back and nodding. 'Absolutely. You got any bells with you?'
'Was that a serious question?' He raised an eyebrow subtly, and Nakoma grinned and shook his head.
'Pffft, don't worry about it. I think pa said they have a table where they sell them for first-timers,' he grinned, nudging his mare on into a trot and beckoning Ciqala to follow.
