Measuring Tape
Increases or decreases a horse's height by up to one full hand. Only one may be used in the horse's lifetime (check "Change Log" tab to confirm if height has been changed before).

Shipping Boots
Allows a horse to be transferred without losing bond level. Do not use the normal Transfer function if using this!
