- Our Discord server is the primary location for news/updates, sales, etc. While you are not required to be a member, it is heavily encouraged!
1.2 Account Management
- Ownership is tracked strictly through the website. Any prospective buyers of Teddy Cobs designs or other in-game assets must be verified members of the site.
- Each user is permitted to maintain only one account on teddycobs.com. The creation of alternative accounts or shared/joint accounts is forbidden.
- Your password should not be shared with others, even temporarily. Users are expected to engage with the community from their own account only.

- You may deactivate your account at any time through your Settings page.
2. Community
2.1 General Conduct
- Treat others with respect and kindness. Racism, homophobia, transphobia, or other forms of harassment will not be tolerated.
- Engage with the community in good faith. Exploiting bugs, cheating, or attempting to manipulate the system is prohibited. Please report any issues immediately.
- The Teddy Cobs staff team is composed of volunteers. Members are expected to interact with staff respectfully and without pressure or harassment.
- Good sportsmanship is required, especially since many group activities involve chance-based mechanics. Please keep the following in mind:
- If you receive a design that isn’t to your taste, do not complain or disparage it. You are always welcome to trade or sell it for something you prefer.
- If you do not succeed in RNG Claiming, do not guilt trip or complain. While it can be disappointing, RNG is inherently unpredictable.
- Additionally, RNG Claiming entries should not be deleted/archived or reused, even if you do not win the horse.
- Please do not solicit other players for breeding slots, sales, or trades - whether publicly or privately - unless they have explicitly advertised them as available.
2.2 Art and Literature
- The use of Teddy Cobs in works involving NFT/blockchain technology, AI-generated art/literature, or explicit sexual content is strictly prohibited.
- Please be mindful of the breed information in regards to build/size and temperament. Teddy Cobs are a friendly and docile pony breed!
- The Teddy Cobs team does not claim ownership over the art or literature posted to Teddy Cobs.net. All works should be individually credited to their respective creators.
- Work created by users outside of the community may be uploaded by the character owner with credit, but any requests for removal by the original creator must be respected.
- Use of Teddy Cobs in the production of stickers, pins, t-shirts, and other purchasable merchandise is permitted as long as the artwork and character(s) depicted belong to the seller.
2.3 Buying and Selling
- Teddy Cobs, including horses, slots, items, and other assets, may be traded or sold for any form of currency, including in-game assets, real money, or other sim-related currencies.
- The Teddy Cobs staff team does not enforce individual breeding or sale rules, such as parent slots or buyback/dibs. These are considered courtesy rules only and are not enforceable.
- We recommend against making deals that cannot be immediately fulfilled, such as those relating to undesigned or unregistered horses.
- In the event of a dispute, including but not limited to non-payment, extensive lack of communication, or failure to uphold the terms of an agreement, please contact Paige.
- Please provide proof of the arrangement and any payments made by providing links and/or screenshots. Staff will attempt to resolve disputes to the best of their ability.
- Teddy Cobs staff is able to assist in the resolution of in-game asset transfers, but third-party disputes (PayPal, other groups, etc) must be handled through the appropriate channels.
- Details of the dispute will not be publicly disclosed unless necessary for the enforcement of community guidelines.
3. Ban Policy
3.1 Ban Process
- Bans and suspensions are administered at the discretion of the Teddy Cobs staff. In the event of a ban, the following actions will be taken:
- Your Teddy Cobs' coat designs will remain your property but will no longer be affiliated with the breed. They must not be labeled or represented as Teddy Cobs.
- Any art on official Teddy Cobs lineart must be removed from platforms such as Toyhouse and may no longer be used.
- You will no longer be permitted to participate in the community in any capacity and may not submit art or interact with other members' Teddy Cobs.
- All in-game currency, items, and pending deals (e.g. art, horses, slots) will be considered void.
3.2 Duration and Appeals
- Bans are typically permanent and non-appealable unless otherwise specified. In exceptional circumstances, staff may review a ban, though this is rare and at their sole discretion.
- Temporary suspensions that restrict access to certain features or channels may be issued at the staff’s discretion.
3.3 Public Announcements
- Bans may be publicly announced within the community to prevent misinformation and ensure that any outstanding deals or disputes are able to be resolved.
- Ban reasons may be publicly shared, but specific details will not be shared unless necessary for community safety.
