Bittern is a hunting horse who has incredible control and stoicism. He's very well built physically.
Personality wise, he is a very serious horse. He doesnt like goofing off, which is a wild contrast to his half-sister, a kids training horse named Duck [ The Waterfowl Cries by the River ]. Bittern is only for the most experienced riders, since he is so desensitized and does not like to fool around. He doesn't engage much with both other horses and people.
As a foal, he was headstrong and witty. Never staying down for too long.
