ID-1403: BAS German to English dictionary

GtED or Jeffery, is named because as a foal, he stole a German to English dictionary from his owner, and said dictionary, was also named Jeffery. It was a hilarious name, which to this day makes the barn laugh, and he's been a joy from day one. He's a little mischevious, but he's one of the sweetest ponies with one of the biggest hearts, despite his small size.

Jeffery is a little menace, and this little menace loves one of the other ponies. While he sadly isn't in their stables, he's close by and visits every now and again.
