Okano is a very sweet hearted and all over the place little gelding. Hes a bit pathetic even, some could say. Not good at socializing, awkward even, but tries. A loyal and earnest guy but really, not the brightest bulb. Hes kind of a mess, unfocused and not particularly bothered about it. The main reason why he thrives in life are Valapis and Corrie, who have adopted him as the silliest part of their throuple and make up for him in confidence and assertiveness. Okano is very happy to fall back on them.
