Measuring Tape
Increases or decreases a horse's height by up to one full hand. Only one may be used in the horse's lifetime (check "Change Log" tab to confirm if height has been changed before).
Instructions: In Item Use, attach the character and the item. In the comments, note what height you would like to change to.
